Here is a photo of Pennsylvania Railroad engine #396, a B-4A (0-6-0) switcher built in the Altoona Machine Shops in June of 1895 and sold to Passaic Structural Steel in February of 1918. The photographer's name, the exact date, and the location are not recorded. Williams Collection.
