| A CN through freight crosses S. Perkins St. while traversing the former C&NW yard at Appleton Junction, WI on 12 May '18. The Mountable Raised Curb System with Vertical Panels (one variant of FRA approved traffic channelization devices) has been installed within the past few days as part of Appleton's quest for so-called 'Quiet Zone' status. This particular set is the FG 300 Curb System manufactured by Davidson Traffic Control Products (absorbed by Pexco, LLC in 2000). |
