| My first time photographing this one. EMD GP40-3 built in November 1971 as DRGW 3087 GP40. Acquired by Wheeling and Lake Erie in 2001. Rebuilt at their Brewster Shops in February 2008. This was idling on an 18-car freight train at milepost one in Connellsville. |
