Tom De Pollo General F J & G (Fonda Johnstown & Gloversville RR) Served from Fonda, NY to Broadalbin - Northville, NY. I grew up in Johnstown NY and actually worked for the FJ&G. The boxcars were sold to the FJ&G in hopes of stimulating business and keep the rr going. (It didn't). Tracks were eventually torn up and some was paved a a bicycle/walkway route in Gloversville and Johnstown. 1/22/2011 10:51:15 PM
