Description:
Chicago Transit Authority 6010 in Bicentennial paint (named Phillis Wheatley) at about Dickens and Sheffield in Chicago, Illinois on January 14, 1979, Ektachrome by Chuck Zeiler. These were not revenue trains. The CTA was dispatching empty trains to keep the ice off the rails during the blizzard.
